Off the Richter: Yeah, so nice earthquake. It was quite a big jolt here in our prefab building. Call me crazy, but I just have qualms about a building that can be assembled in a week.
The fact that in one week we've had two earthquakes and a tsunami warning has one of my co-workers so freaked out that thinks she might have to move back to the Midwest. Cause you know they don't have any bad weather phenomeon there. NOT! I say, pack your bags and go Dorothy. One less person on the freeway!
But I respect her being freaked out more than the yahoo's who drove to the beach with their video cams to film the really big wave. Idiots.
Okay, the thing is...if they actually DID film the tsunami, they wouldn't survive to watch the tape. And if they did survive, most likely the camera would destroyed by the water, lost forever to the sea, or smashed into a rock or house!
Seems that Darwin is the only winner in that scenario.
