Now that they have lost steam on the gay marriage ban, I think that the GOP should immediately turn their focus and energy towards passing a constitutional amendment to ban Michael Jackson from fathering anymore children.
Perhaps while they are busy amending the constitution, they can throw in a rider banning celebrity marragies too. They could name it the Spears-JoLo Act of 2004. Or something to that effect.
