speaking of wacked

On Sunday, I e-mailed the LA Times to ask why they didn't have a RSS Feed link on their website. Today I recieved a response:

"Glad to hear you are interested in recieving an RSS newsfeed from latimes.com, the Internet edition of the Los Angeles Times. Our RSS newsfeed is currently in development.

I will, however, forward your request to our Operations Manager and Customer Service Supervisor so you can be contacted when it becomes available."

The LA Times--one of the world's major news organizations-- doesn't have an RSS Feed? And it's only "in development?" Now the surreal part. The local (nutty) paper in Provo, Utah--The Daily Herald--offers its readers an RSS feed.

Wacked. Seriously Wacked.
