Ladera Ranch: A caller on Oso Parkway reported that a mother and daughter were flashing people outside of their balcony at Archstone Apartments.
Is it Mardi Gras already? A scene from Desperate Housewives? Did Mac and Fallon move to the OC? Speaking of "the OC"-- is this the season it will Jump the Shark?
