Remember when getting carded by clerks, club bouncers and other assorted rule enforcers was a bad thing?
Well, today I was carded by a store clerk because he thought I was under 30. (His quote: 'Sorry man, it's the rules!') And guess what? I didn't mind one damn bit!
Life. Gotta love it!

Folks have always been pretty spotty about asking me for ID -- the first time i bought alcohol, on my 21st b-day, they didn't ask for an ID, but I still get carded occasionally, which I think is funny, considering how much gray hair I have.
